Registration is required for all conference participants (except invited speakers). A registration becomes effective only after paying registration fee. Registration and payment deadline is January 31, 2014.
How to register your attendance:

Payment of Registration Fees
Registration Fee: 150 EUR p.p.
Registration fee includes:
- Full conference participation
- Name badge & delegation pack
- Coffee breaks during the conference
- Daily Lunch during the conference
- Conference Banquet on 13 February
- Conference Dinner on 14 February
Please note that accommodation (hotel) is NOT included in registration fee. The currency for payment is Euro.
Registrations will only be confirmed if the registration form and the payment are received by the Congress Secretariat on January 31, 2014 at the latest. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after that date. Furthermore, we will stop accepting registrations when the maximum enrollment (80 participants) has been reached. Please keep that in mind.
Upon receipt of the registration form and the payment, a letter of confirmation will be sent to the participants via e-mail.
Methods of Payment
Registration fees can be paid by one of the following methods:
The Online Payment System accepts MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. Registration fees must be paid in Euro through the Online Payment System.
Please note that payment can be tried just one time. If you stop in the middle of the payment procedure and restart it from the beginning, you cannot access the payment page any more.

The participant's name in the section "Details of payment" should be clearly legible otherwise the payment cannot be identified. All payments made by bank transfer have to be net of all bank charges. The payer pays the bank charges of their bank, and the beneficiary pays, if any, the charges of their bank.
Cancellation and Refund
In case of non-attendance, the Conference Secretariat should be notified as soon as possible by e-mail (gbtgr/l(at)uni-vdooldenburg.de
