Dr. Pia Lehmkuhl studied law and economic sciences at the University of Oldenburg. Since 2014, she works as research associate and member of the academic staff at the Department of Continuing Education and Education Management at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. Her teaching and research focus on the management and leadership of public organisations and higher education institutions, especially in the fields of HRM, Project Management and Organisational Development.

Besides her scientific research activities, she has been Deputy Managing Director of the Schulenberg Institute in Oldenburg since 2018.
