Career, Research Areas, and Projects

Frank Fischer is a passionate project manager, always on the trail of pragmatic approaches that not only make project work successful but also fun. In doing so, people in the project and their ex-periences are particularly important to him. He loves to see when project cooperation succeeds, regardless of whether the project approach is a phase-oriented, agile or hybrid one.

As a trainer, he has taught more than 10,000 people in more than 1,000 events over the past 16 years, presenting the topic of project management in an easy-to-understand, humorous, rousing and practical way. His clients come from research and science backgrounds, from small and medi-um-sized companies within diverse industries, as well as from larger corporate structures.
