Data protection information for Part 2 of the Alumni Survey

The following information explains how and for what purpose the University of Oldenburg processes your personal data within the scope of Part 2 of the Alumni Survey. In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we hereby provide you with detailed information on the processing of your data and your rights.
You have already been informed about the details of data processing in Part 1 of the survey. This data protection information serves to inform you about the details of Part 2 of the survey.
Purpose and legal basis for the processing
Disclosure of your contact information is voluntary. The contact data collected will be processed based on your consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Categories of personal data
For the purpose of conducting interviews (e.g. alumni interviews, alumni portraits, alumni talks), we process the contact details you provide (name, email, telephone).
Recipient of the data
Your personal data will be disclosed to the employees of the alumni network (ZSBK) and the Evaluation Office (Internal Evaluation) of the University of Oldenburg.
Data transfer to third countries
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
Storage period
The contact details of the second part of the survey will be deleted as quickly as possible as soon as the purpose allows. The contact details of persons who cannot be invited to an interview will be deleted immediately after this decision has been made, but no later than one year after the survey has been carried out. The contact details of persons who are invited to an interview will be deleted no later than three months after the interview has been carried out.
