Air sampler

The device is used to collect spores and seeds that are suspended in the atmosphere and carried on by air currents. The insulation box is equipped with heating and temperature control to prevent the samples from freezing. The device was installed and put into operation at a measuring station on the glacier on the Jungfraujoch in Switzerland.
