Project

The project is structured into three parts: information systems, decision support, and supplier management. All parts run through requirement definition, design, and implementation.

Information system: A dash board to display KPIs should be developed which can be controlled by gestures.

Decision support: Processes which help to find the best decision should be integrated into the information system.

Supplier management: Processes of IT suppliers management should also be integrated into the information system.
