interesting guest lecture on “Comparing Organic and Conventional Food Systems: research results from Africa” in the frame of the Master program Sustainability Economics and Management at the end of January this year.

Raymond Auerbach has been researching soil science and agriculture at Nelson Mandela University for many years. He is considered a leading expert on organic agriculture in Africa. He has recently published the book "Organic Food Systems: Meeting the Needs of Southern Africa" (2019), which presents the research results of the last 10 years.

The ECOSOLA project partner Prof. Dr. Raymond Auerbach from the Nelson Mandela University (Port Elizabeth, South Africa) hold an interesting guest lecture on “Comparing Organic and Conventional Food Systems: research results from Africa” in the frame of the Master program Sustainability Economics and Management at the end of January this year.
