Keynote: Dr. Vanita Yadav
The forum will start with a panel discussion considering previous discoveries in research and recent questions arising in this field of academia. Furthermore, actual practical implications and obstacles will be presented and discussed. The following dinner buffet invites to further casual exchange between the participants.
Dr. Vanita Yadav
Dr. Vanita Yadav has 10 years of professional experience in academia, research and industry. She holds a doctorate in business management from India and was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship to pursue postdoctoral research in the area of entrepreneurship at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. She was also associated with the South Asia Institute, Harvard University as a research affiliate to work in the area of inclusive innovation. She is currently working as an assistant professor of Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at IRMA, a premier higher education institution in India.
Dr. Vanita has held many academic leadership positions including the Chairperson – Strategy & Policy area and Chairperson of the Center of Research Excellence for Social Entrepreneurship at IRMA. She has numerous research publications in leading research journals and has worked on sponsored research projects for the Government of India, Indian Council of Social Sciences Research, European Union and others. On the personal front, she is a responsible and creative person with experience in voluntary social work and freelance contemporary fine arts.

The second day of the WEforum, will concentrate on creating the future of Female Founders and Funders. During the future workshop you will invent future scenarios of Women Entrepreneurship and will then develop strategies with the other participants to let your vision become true. The day will be completed with a culinary and musical highlight.

Ira Rueder
Ira Rueder studied at Free University of Berlin, Euro-FH Hamburg and Bielefeld University in the faculties of labour law, mediation, psychology and took her Masters degree in Business Coaching & Change Management. During her career in the upper management of different international companies in the travel and financial services industry she already focused on leadership development as the uncovering of hidden potential in individuals is dear to her heart.
Since 2006, Ira Rueder provides COACHING 4 LEADERS. In 2010, she established CHANGE 4 SUCCESS as a consultancy company in Hamburg which was in 2012 followed by the foundation of the ACADEMY 4 EXCELLENCE, a training institute. To scientifically further expand her knowledge, Ira Rueder is extra-occupationally taking her doctoral´s degree at the faculty of educational science with focus on managing diversity at Bielefeld University.
Tatjana Zurkowski
Tatjana Zurkowski has acquired more than 20 years of professional experience in corporations and smaller companies with expertise in purchasing and distribution within the online, retail and wholesale (clothing) trade. She has more than 10 years of experience in training, consulting and project management and is a certified trainer, facilitator and coach. In 2012, Tatjana Zurkowski founded her own business.
She can draw on her vast knowledge of the retail industry and its operation and has experienced changes first hand. This in combination with the appreciation of client needs and empathetic understanding of challenges people face in turbulent times, enables her to provide practical and solution oriented advice to individuals, teams and organisations.

Keynote: Maxi Knust (Founder of Fempreneur, Fempreneur Summit & Female Founders Book)
The third day offers the opportunity for all participants to expand their personal networks and socialise. Be inspired by Maxi Knust and take the brunch as a chance to exchange ideas and launch first joint initiatives.
Maxi Knust
Maxi Knust is the founder of the digital magazine Fempreneur & the event Fempreneur Summit. Her goal is to encourage women starting their own businesses by showing inspirational female entrepreneurs. In her new project „Female Founders Book“ she is covering together with her co-founder Val Racheeva 30 interviews of female founders across the german-speaking area. Maxi is a passionate speaker about female empowerment and entrepreneurship to motivate people to believe in themselves and to go their own way.

Only 13% of companies in Germany are being founded by women. „Action“ is also key for women by just getting started. What inhibits women and how they can overcome their challenges, Maxi will also share her learnings from starting her own business.
