Fancy an unforgettable weekend and making new contacts? Then you should come along on the freshers’ trip! Every year, the new freshers head off on a weekend school trip – student-style – to get to know each other, party and have fun!

So we’ll be heading off with you from Fri 23 Oct 26 to Sun 25 Oct 26 to the Aschendorf Youth Centre. We’ll sort out travel to and from the venue, drinks, meals and the programme, so all you have to do is sign up, come along and have fun! The cost for the whole weekend is just €25 – including meals!

You’ll find the registration form further down the page. We’ll need your name, a current email address and phone number where we can reach you, any dietary requirements, and a current enrolment certificate to make sure you really are one of our freshers! We’d also like you to share a fun fact about yourself, which will be used in a game during the journey – but we don’t want to give too much away just yet.

Accommodation is in shared rooms, so it’s best to bring all your friends along – or make some new ones whilst you’re there. We’re looking forward to all your registrations and are already raising a glass to a successful weekend!

Note: We’ll prioritise all registrations that reach us on time by 8 October 2026 at 8.00 pm. Registrations received after this deadline will be allocated any remaining places. If more of you want to come than we have places for, we’ll draw lots in a completely fair and impartial manner.
