Highlight of the month
Panel discussion New Horizons: Career paths for scientists with doctorates – a resounding success!
On 18 February 2026, the panel discussion "New Horizons", jointly organised by BYRD (University of Bremen) and the Graduate Academy, brought together doctoral students and postdocs with scientists from various professional fields to reflect on and discuss their career paths, decisions and key competencies. Inspiring, encouraging and thought-provoking reports opened up new perspectives on the audience's own future plans. Next year, the event will be hosted by the University of Oldenburg.
