Hanse Law Review
E-journal on European and international law and comparative law
ISSN 1863-5717
The Hanse Law Review was founded in 2004 by students at Hanse Law School. The journal’s editorial team consisted of alumni and legal scholars closely associated with Hanse Law School, and was supported by students. The Hanse Law Review followed an established tradition in Anglo-American law: university law journals are among the most influential legal publications nationwide in that tradition. The Hanse Law Review was first published in 2005.
The journal reflects the thematic focus of the Hanse Law School and primarily contains articles on European, transnational and international law. The contributions are written by academics, practitioners and students from various parts of the world.

Hanse Law School Series
The Hanse Law Series is a series of publications by the Hanse Law School. The following titles have been published to date:
Volume 1 – Published in 2013
Cross-Border Research and Transnational Teaching under the Treaty of Lisbon – Hanse Law School in Perspective
ISBN 978-9058509789
The first volume of the Hanse Law School Series documents the written contributions to the Hanse Law School conference ‘Hanse Law School in Perspective – Cross-Border Research and Transnational Teaching under the Treaty of Lisbon’, which took place on 27 and 28 May 2010 to mark the tenth anniversary of the Hanse Law School. The conference served as a review of the successful ten years of collaboration at the Hanse Law School between the universities of Oldenburg, (at that time) Bremen and Groningen, as well as a starting point for further future transnational research collaborations. The volume reflects the breadth of the comparative law profile of the academics affiliated with the Hanse Law School and covers topics ranging from comparative legal theory to comparative administrative law. The publication contains articles in English, German and French.
The hardback edition of the first volume of the Hanse Law School – Series is available in several libraries and at the chair of European and International Business Law and Civil Law held by Prof. Dr C. Godt at the University of Oldenburg.
