Erhobene Daten

Im Rahmen der Anmeldung werden allgemeine Personendaten, Kontaktdaten und als freiwillige Angabe die Ernährungspräferenz erhoben. Des Weiteren werden Title und Abstract für einen eingereichten Pitch Talk sowie auf freiwilliger Basis Name der Autoren und deren Institutszugehörigkeit erfasst. Erfasst wird die verbindliche Anmeldung zu einer Tagesexkursion nach Spiekeroog und weitere freiwillige Angaben in einem Freitextfeld.
Empfänger der personenbezogenen Daten

Alle erhobenen Daten stehen dem Organisationsteam des 32. Doktorand_innentreffen der Hydrogeologie zur Verarbeitung und Kontaktaufnahme zur Verfügung.
Dauer der Aufbewahrung bzw. Speicherung personenbezogener Daten

Für die Durchführung und Planung des 32. Doktorand_innentreffen der Hydrogeologie, die Kontaktaufnahme sowie der Durchführung von notwendigen Aufgaben bezogen auf das Treffen in dessen Nachgang, werden die Daten für maximal ein Jahr nach Ende des Treffens am 15. Juni 2023 gespeichert. Die Daten werden auf Servern und Computern der Universität Oldenburg gespeichert.
Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen der Datenverarbeitung

Ihre Einwilligung erfolgt nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO und bei freiwilliger Angabe der Ernährungspräferenz zusätzlich nach Art. 9 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
Sie sind zur Bereitstellung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten nicht verpflichtet. Bei Nichtbereitstellung ist eine Anmeldung und Teilnahme an der Veranstaltung nicht möglich.

During the registration general personal data, contact data, and, voluntarily, details on food preferences are collected. Furthermore, title and abstract for the submitted pitch talk as well as, voluntarily, author names and their institution are collected. The binding registration for a field trip to Spiekeroog as well as further voluntarily provided details in a text field are collected.

All collected data are available to the organisation team of the 32nd Doctoral meeting of Hydrogeology for handling and to contact registered participants.
Retention period and storage of the personal data

To conduct and plan the 32nd Doctoral meeting of Hydrogeology, contacting registered participants as well as for conduction necessary tasks in the aftermath of the meeting, data is stored for a maximum of one year after then ending of the meeting on 15 June 2023. Data is stored on servers and computers of the University Oldenburg.
Purposes and legal basis of the data handling

Your consent is given in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO and, if food preference is provided on a voluntary basis, in accordance with Art. 9 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.
Your are not obliged to provide your personal data. Should you not want to provide your personal data, registration and participation for the meeting is not possible.
