ICBM once again at the Jade Career Day

Numerous prospective students informed themselves at the Jade University of Applied Sciences about academic and professional career chances last Wednesday. ICBM staff members and students took their stand near the engineer sciences booth of the Jade University, as the Oldenburg University institute collaborates tightly with this faculty referring to the consecutive degree programme Marine Technology (BEng)/ Marine Sensors (MSc).

Wilhelmshaven. Numerous prospective students informed themselves at the Jade University of Applied Sciences about academic and professional career chances last Wednesday. ICBM staff members and students took their stand near the engineer sciences booth of the Jade University, as the Oldenburg University  institute collaborates tightly with this faculty referring to the consecutive degree programme Marine Technology (BSEng)/ Marine Sensors (MSc).

Marine Technology student and research assistant at ICBM Elisa Schöpe as well as Marine Sensors student Michael Butter informed potential students about their experiences in the joint study programme of Jade and Oldenburg University as well as the excellent career chances, especially against the background of the installation of the new Centre for Marine Sensor Systems in Wilhelmshaven. They were supported by Dr. Sibet Riexinger and Dr. Jan Schulz (both ICBM).

Moreover, further information on corresponding study courses and career chances was given in a joint lecture by Dipl. Ing. Volker Lübben (Jade Univ. of Appl. Sci.) and Dr. Jan Schulz.
