We will meet online for a cooking night – everyone in his/her own kitchen, but still connected via the online meeting room. This time we will cook the traditional dish from Oldenburg called Grünkohl.

If you would like to participate in this event and cook along, buy the ingredients ( enough for 2 persons) beforehand.

1 can of curly kale (Grünkohl)
2 Pinkel sausages
2 Kochwurst sausages
500 g potatos
2 onions
100 g oat groats (Hafergrütze)
mostard, black pepper, sugar, salt and pimento (or cloves)
