Advice on going abroad during "emergency operations"

For the time being, all face-to-face advisory services of the International Office are cancelled. You can reach us during regular office hours on Tuesdays (10–12.30 am and 2.30–4.30 pm) and Thursdays (10–12.30 am) by phone (telephone numbers listed below). Coronavirus and stays abroad in 2020

The International Office is in close contact with partner universities worldwide. Since information related to the Corona crisis is updated on a daily basis, students planning a stay abroad in 2020 should regularly check their university e-mail account.

Please make sure to insert the data properly (German IBAN has to have 22 digits). The data is used to disburse your Erasmus+ grant.

All personal data relating to your Erasmus+ studies abroad are processed in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). Such data shall be processed solely in connection with the implementation and follow-up of the Erasmus+ exchange studies by the University of Oldenburg, the receiving institution, the National Agency (NA DAAD) and the European Commission, without prejudice to the possibility of passing data to the bodies responsible for inspection and audit in accordance with EU legislation (Court of Auditors or European Antifraud Office – OLAF).

The participant may, on written request, gain access to his/her personal data and correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete. He/she should address any questions regarding the processing of his/her personal data to the University of Oldenburg, the NA DAAD, or to the European Data Protection Supervisor with regard to the use of the data by the European Commission.
