SUMMARY:Basics of gender- and diversity-sensitive teaching
DESCRIPTION:Module 1 - Compulsory module 1.4\nStudents bring different rea
 lities of life with them and have different perspectives on the content an
 d framework conditions of their degree programme. Gender- and diversity-se
 nsitive teaching takes this diversity into account and enables all student
 s to learn well. The workshop will present different aspects of diversity 
 relevant to teaching-learning spaces and show how teachers can recognise t
 he different needs of students. You will learn how teaching and learning m
 aterials can be designed with gender and diversity in mind and how activat
 ing methods can be used to utilise the potential of diversity and integrat
 e the diverse (life) experiences of students into the learning process. Th
 e different conditions and requirements for teaching and learning in the v
 arious subject cultures (e.g. STEM\, humanities or social sciences) are ta
