The School VI of Medicine and Health Sciences is the youngest School of the Carl von Ossietzky University at Oldenburg. It was founded in 2012 and comprises the Department of Human Medicine, the Department of Medical Physics and Acoustics, the Department of Neuroscience, the Department of Psychology and the Department of Health Services Research.
Its Human Medicine programme is the first cross-border medical education programme in Germany. 80 students currently start their studies at the European Medical School Oldenburg-Groningen yearly.
