Since 2026, I have joined the Music Perception Lab as a PhD student, where I am interested in how haptic interfaces may be employed to convey musical information and augment multi-source music listening experience primarily using psychophysics.

I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics in Goa, India, before moving to Germany to pursue experimental psychology, completing my Master's at JLU Gieẞen in 2025. In my master's thesis (supervised by Dimitris Voudouris, Ph.D. and Prof. Dr. Katja Fiehler), I was investigating sensorimotor processing during a goal-directed reaching action, probing the temporal modulation of tactile suppression. During this time, I was also awarded TAM (The Adaptive Mind) scholarships to support several research projects of the PAC Lab.  

In Oldenburg, I now transition to all things auditory, and combine my interests in human perception and music to further the current state of research on music perception and its accessibility to individuals of ranging hearing profiles. Alongside academics, choral singing occupies an important place in my life and I derive pleasure from connecting with people through music.
