Acitivity break

Our activity break programme is aimed at all employees and students of the University of Oldenburg, who move at the workplace/desk and want to train individual muscle groups with specific exercises without a lot of effort.

There are two ways of doing this. There is either the Activity Break on the Internet or the Activity Break in instructed groups.

Moving breaks in guided groups

  • Instructed by a Hochschulsport trainer
  • In groups up to 10 persons
  • Near your workplace

Moving break on the internet

  • More than 1000 exercises with pictures or videos
  • Create your own exercise program
  • Instruction provided in german only
