Our activity break programme is aimed at all employees and students of the University of Oldenburg, who move at the workplace/desk and want to train individual muscle groups with specific exercises without a lot of effort.
There are two ways of doing this. There is either the Activity Break on the Internet or the Activity Break in instructed groups.
- Instructed by a Hochschulsport trainer
- In groups up to 10 persons
- Near your workplace
- More than 1000 exercises with pictures or videos
- Create your own exercise program
- Instruction provided in german only
