Activity break on the internet

The Activity Break on the Internet provides guidance and encouragement to independently perform an acrive break so that it can be performed not only while working but also at home. Through the software individual training plans can be created, which are adjusted to the personal needs and can vary in their duration. The approximately 1200 exercises for mobilization / stabilization, strengthening, stretching (especially the back and the neck) and for relaxation are illustrated by photos and videos, so that they can easily be imitated.

The registration is free for anyone within the University.
In order to use the Activity Break on the internet, you must register on its homepage. You can do this via the button "Register" (see red arrow at the bottom of the picture). You have to fill in all fields marked with * and then click on "Send".
