Since the 1st November 2016 Oltech is the permanent graduate school of the Faculty V (School of Mathematics and Science), Faculty VI (School of Medicine and Health Sciences), and the Faculty II - Department of Computing Sciences (see the attached Oltech regulation). For the future, a governing board of the Graduate School Science, Medicine and Technology (Oltech) has to be established. For this reason we invite you to a short plenary meeting (about 20 min.), where you have the chance to elect your representatives in the board.
Topics of the plenary meeting:
- Information about new developments in the graduate school Oltech
- Election of the professors suggested from the faculties for the governing board
- Election of the post doc representatives suggested from the faculties for the governing board
- Presentation and election of the PhD representatives suggested for the governing board
- Election of the PhD representatives in the admission and examination boards of the PhD study programmes
