Coordination
The project coordinator is available to students and lecturers for all organisational questions and provides continuous support in the planning and implementation of the research projects.
Students
- Organising the lecture to introduce the project phase
- Organisation of the lottery procedure and the formation of the project groups
- Organisation of work rooms, materials, equipment, literature, etc.
- Provision of information on the course of the project phase (timetable)
- Provision of information and counselling on the examinations
- Organisation of the poster session and presentation of results
- Organisation of accompanying workshops and provision of information
- Organisation of further workshops as required by the project groups
- Creation of certificates of participation in workshops
- Counselling the project groups in conflict situations
- Counselling students during longer absences (e.g. semester abroad, pregnancy)
Teachers
- Organising the lecture to introduce the project phase
- Establishing contacts with organisations from the field
- Collection and provision of materials, documents, requirements, etc.
- Organisation of course planning (times, rooms)
- Organisation of teacher meetings to provide information and promote exchange
- Organisation of the poster session and presentation of results
Organisation
- Lending of dictation machines (alternatively also via the library)
- Loan of the transcription software F4 via the Office of the Institute of Educational Sciences
- Information on dealing with Data protection and information security
- Information on proposals to the Commission for Research Assessment and Ethics
- Software: VPN access, Cloud storage access
- Analysis programmes: SPSS (Instructions for using SPSS can be found here), MAXQDA (tutorials on MaxQDA can be found here)
Optimisation and further development
In addition, the project coordination team is working on optimising and further developing the project phase and on its external presentation.
- Carrying out the evaluation of the project phase
- Consolidation of re-registering students' feedback
- Documenting the ongoing and completed projects on the website
- Presentation of the project phase at events (e.g. university information day, orientation week, teaching and learning day, conferences)
