Future Female Leaders Product Supply Workshop Report

Future Female Leaders Product Supply Workshop Report

by Chioma Obiakor, Nigeria (PPRE 2018/20)

The third edition of ‘Future Female Leader in Product Supply’ program organised by P&G welcomed a dozen young female engineers, computer scientist and technicians to Braun plant in Walldürn on 6th and 7th February 2019. The program is specifically designed for female students and STEM graduates.

In the two-day workshop, the participants gained insights into the production and supply chain of P&G with possible career opportunities as well.  It was a privilege to be part of this program.

During the two-day workshop, we had the opportunity to interact with female leaders in the company and had first hand experienced on what goes on with the production of the ‘simple looking Braun products’, in terms of sophisticated technologies, quality and micro level precision employed. Most admirable was the open and supportive culture adopted by the company.

It was insightful and inspiring for me, and you can also take advantage of this opportunity as P&G always looks out for young talents especially among the graduates of technical courses.
