QiS-Transfer is a three-year joint project (01. 04.2026 - 31. 03.2029) with a funding volume of around €2 million. Together, four sub-projects at four universities (Oldenburg, Kiel, Osnabrück, Flensburg) are developing and testing a practical transfer and implementation strategy for inclusive school sport in Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein. The core of the project is competence profile-based, videographic case work that enables PE teachers and all-day specialists to develop and sustainably anchor situation-specific skills for inclusive teaching.

Research focus

Research areaContent
Inclusion in school sportAnalysis of norms (recognition, participation, individual support) and existing didactic models.
ProfessionalisationClosing the qualification gap of (prospective) PE teachers; focus on situation-specific skills (competence profile model).
Transfer & implementationDevelopment of transfer alliances (TB), transfer/transformation hub (TT hub) and governance/implementation hub (GI hub).
Mixed methods designCombination of qualitative (interviews, observations) and quantitative (vignette tests, regression/variance analyses) methods.

A great "added value" for schools, universities and educational authorities: an evidence-based, modular teaching-learning format that can be immediately integrated into studies, further education and all-day programmes.
