Research Interests:
My research interests lie in using computational science to formulate and solve scientific problems, with a particular focus on developing computational methods, algorithms and software to tackle challenging problems in physics and chemistry. My research focuses on the development and application of computational methods to investigate complex scientific problems. I am particularly interested in developing computational workflows and scientific software, automating complex computational procedures, and combining methodological development with practical scientific applications. I am also interested in machine-learning-based approaches, large-scale computational screening, and the development of accessible and reproducible computational tools for scientific research.
I am a PhD student at the QuantBioLab at the University of Oldenburg, where I work on computational drug discovery, with a focus on virtual screening.
Education:
- I joined the QuantBioLab as a PhD student in September 2026.
- M.Sc. in Materials Chemistry and Mineralogy, University of Bremen, Germany — 2026
Master’s thesis: My Master’s thesis, “Pair Distribution Function Analysis of Nanomaterials with Machine Learning-Enhanced Structure Determination”, focused on developing a computational workflow for pair distribution function analysis and integrating it with structure-search methods to determine the structures of nanomaterials.
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Sree Kerala Varma College, Thrissur, affiliated with the University of Calicut, India — 2022
