In order to ensure a speedy processing, please describe your request in as much detail as possible and state the study programme (degree and subject), if available, your applicant numberand/or student ID number and, if applicable, your telephone number if you wish to be called back.
   
• You can book an appointment for counselling by telephone or video conference via Admission Master (Monday and Tuesday mornings).
   
• Personal consultation hours (especially for checking original documents) in the SSCare currently Tuesdays 14:00-16:30 and Thursdays 10:00-12:30.
