DESCRIPTION:This year\, the summer school of the DAAD’s Internationalisi
 ng Teacher Education project will focus on anti-racist education.  \nFeat
 uring contributions from Oldenburg\, Groningen\, Meppel and Gqeberha\, the
  individual sessions will allow participants to engage intensively with th
 e subject area\, and several key issues will be addressed from the perspec
 tive of different disciplines throughout the day:\nHow do we\, as teachers
 \, address forms of discrimination related to origin\, race and ethnicity?
 What does anti-racist education look like?How can theoretical approaches b
 e translated into good educational practice?\nStudents and lecturers from 
 the Netherlands\, Oldenburg and South Africa will be attending. The next a
 nd final Summer School event will take place on 30 October 2026 at Nelson 
 Mandela University in South Africa.\nMeppel. Online participation is also 
 possible. If you are interested in attending the Summer School\, please co
