Prototyping of XÖV data structures in OpenSAGA

XÖV stands for "XML in public administration" and refers to technical standards for electronic data exchange in public administration. The standardisation of data formats significantly simplifies the exchange of data between electronic business processes.

This thesis will describe the existing XÖV standards and analyse their distribution. OpenSAGA extensions will then be developed for selected standards to provide domain models for the respective XÖV standards. The extent to which the current OpenSAGA version supports the modelling of such standard formats and where extensions are required should be investigated. Exemplary extensions should be prototyped.
