The master's thesis aims to clarify the following questions from a scientific and practical perspective:
- How can the quality of business intelligence systems be proven or improved? For this purpose, metrics, methods

- Are there convention manuals (with specifications on naming conventions, data model architecture, programming techniques, sizing, response times, etc.) for business intelligence?
