     + e.g. DINI-certified Servers: long term archiving, technical advice, search functions, correct bibliographic metadata, OAI-registered Data Provider (thus seen).

3. CR: + best 'seen', add-on services (citation linking etc.)
         - no direct advice to authors;

4. OA-Publishers: + marketing; printing on demand; editing; refereeing;
           - no long term archiving [Wiley];
