- Gesprächstechniken in schwierigen Situationen, wie beispielsweise in Prüfungen

Dieser Kurs ist nicht nur für Lehrende unabhängig von ihrer Lehrerfahrung interessant, sondern auch für Mitarbeitende, die mit Studierenden zu tun haben.
