1.33 Financial Stability for Scientists

Many scientists, especially female scientists doubt if they should stay in science because of the lack of (financial) stability or clear perspectives.

This workshop helps you to reflect on your attitude to money and find unconventional paths to create your independent financial safety, so that there is a real choice to stay in science and feel safe and financially more relaxed

  • Understand your attitude to money (money mindset), and how to change it if needed
  • Financial knowledge – how to create financial protection in times of crisis
  • Ways to create a second income stream to achieve your financial independence
  • Unconventional strategies for financial stability
  • Time management to create your second income alongside your academic career

Target group: Postdocs and PhD candidates in the final phase
