Überzeugend und motivierend kommunizieren in Beratungsgesprächen am 11.und 12.05.2023: Der Kurs wird von Tomma Hangen (Sprechwissenschaftlerin, Logopädin und Coach) geleitet. Dieser Kurs eignet sich für alle die in ihrer Funktion Beratungen geben und bietet darüber hinaus auch noch viele Tipps zur allgemeinen Kommunikation, wie zum Beispiel eine motivierende Gesprächsführung.
Gleichzeitig möchte ich Sie auf den Kurs: Lehre im klinischen Alltag (Unterricht am Krankenbett), Aufbaukurs hinwiesen, dieser findet am Freitag 23.06.2023 13:30-18:00 Uhr und am Samstag 24.06.2023 von 9:00 -15:00 Uhr statt. Geleitet wird dieser von Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Sarah König (Würzburg), Sonia Sippel (Klinische und Gesundheitspsychologin).
In diesem Kurs werden verschiedene schwierige und fordernde Situationen in der Lehre besprochen, reflektiert und im Umgang geübt. Zusammen wird ein Erfahrungsaustausch hergestellt, um auch mit komplizierten Situationen in der Lehre im klinischen Alltag professionell umgehen zu können. Gruppenprozesse werden erläutert und ihre Bedeutung für heterogene Gruppen und Kollaboration im Team veranschaulicht. Ein zielgerichtetes Leadership wird mit Hilfe einer geeigneten Kommunikation gefördert. Sie können auch an diesem Kurs teilnehmen, wenn Sie den ersten Kurs nicht absolviert haben. Für diesen Kurs vergibt die Ärztekammer 13 Fortbildungspunkte.
Alle Kurse zählen zum Zertifikatsprogramm Medizindidaktik und als Nachweis für die Habilitation.
