Registrations for the next International Summer Fest will be open from now. Impressions of the past years are available here.

Would you like to present your country, your culture, your course of studies, your association or the like? Register for the International Summer Fest! Registration for the booths runs until 16 May 2024.

The maximum number of electrical devices per stall is 1. Please bring an extension cord.
Important information

Setting-up a stall

  • The set-up of the stalls begins on June 05 at 2. pm.
  • Stalls must be set up by 4 pm at the latest and operated at least until 8 pm.
  • The International Summer Fair starts at 4 pm and ends at 9.30 pm.
  • Stalls must be taken down by 10 pm.
  • A deposit of EUR 20 per stall will be charged or you can hand in your Campus Card as a deposit.
  • While producing and selling food, hygiene guidelines (storage, cleanliness, cooling, selection of suitable food) must be followed!
  • Prices for food must not exceed EUR 5
  • The price marking must be clearly displayed.

All personal data related to your application for the International Summer Fair are processed in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). Such data shall be processed solely in connection with the International Summer Fair by the University of Oldenburg. You can gain access to your personal data on written request and correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
