TOPIC OF RESEARCH IN CMC

Her research is focused on Intercultural Competence in Pedagogical Professions. Cultural competency is an expectation for graduating teachers. Diversity and multicultural education usually focus on the same thing. Schools are expected to create a safe and effective learning environment for children where learning academic and social skills are emphasized. Teachers may misinterpret the children’s behavior if they do not have an adequate understanding of the child’s culture. Teacher’s Pedagogical competence refers to educational and teaching qualifications.

  • Associate Professor, Dept of Education, Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University, 2002 up to now (Included courses for Bsc and master students: Learning Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Developmental Psychology, Psychology of Women, Research Method, Educational Psychology, Family Counseling, and General psychology).

  • Manager for administrative affairs and editorial panel of the peer reviewed quarterly journal of the women and families research and advisory center.
