Beschreibung
Do you know these awkward situations – you have a blurry feeling that it is not right
what is happening there, but you don’t know if and how to intervene? This
interactive workshop empowers you to recognize, address, and prevent power abuse
– including discrimination, harassment, and scientific misconduct – within university
settings. Explore your unique position as both potential target and influencer, and
gain practical tools for navigating complex interactions and legal frameworks. Deepen
your understanding of allyship: learn how to act in solidarity, support marginalized
colleagues, and build inclusive coalitions without overshadowing others. Through
engaging activities and expert insights, you strengthen your self-awareness, effective
communication skills, and test actionable strategies to create lasting positive change
in academia.
