Beginners Python Workshop -

Beschreibung
The workshop will take place on 4 days from 9 am – 12 pm (20.,23.,27.,30.08.2021) (2 ECTS points).
In this online workshop you will learn step-by-step:
- what a programming language is and what is it used for
- general concepts and logics
- basic control flow how to define functions and classes
- how to read and write files error
- handling basic python packages (e.g. renaming files in bulk, processing and visualizing numerical data etc.)
- the basics of object-oriented programming (OOP)
in small group online hand-on sessions.
The first three days are structured, and there will be small exercises for you to do after each day. The fourth day is focused on addressing personalized queries and needs.
