What are my skills and my potential? Where can I work effectively and bring in my full potential? How does this place look like? What do I need to be in my full potential?
These are significant question to start into your career after finishing your PHD or doctorate. In this workshop you will learn and reflect about your individual skill and the potential you bring. You will get new insights for your future job and place of work that will enable you to bring in your full potential.
With this knowledge you will learn strategies to conyey your skills in a successful and authentic way to Human Resource Management as well as to Managers in job interviews.
Objectives of this 2-day workshop are becoming aware of your skills and your potential and developing a clear idea about your future place to work. This knowledge is the basis for preparing successful job interviews with an authentic and confident self-presentation. You will be able to include your own strength and experiences and convey besides your expertise your skills in a convincing and authentic way.

- Gain insights into your ideal future workplace where you can strive
- Presenting my own skills in a convincing and authentic way
- Reflecting about IDGs (Inner Development Goals) and own competencies and potential
- Get a first glimpse into your Green Skills
- Develop strategies to effectively communicate your skills and strength to HR and managers
- Significant questions in job interviews
- Reflecting your self-perception and how others perceive you in your applicant role
- Situational questions in job interview
- Authentic answers to difficult questions
- Questions that are permitted
