Career Workshop „Fundamentals on Leading People, Handling Conflicts, and Interview Skills“ as part of the OLTECH Mentoring program

This course is open for all doctoral candidates enrolled in the Graduate School Science, Medicine and Technology – OLTECH and an additional offer within the OLTECH mentoring program.

Main topics:

  • How to address / handle different kind of conflicts.
  • What it means to be in a leadership role
  • How to give and receive feedback
  • How to prepare for a job interview
  • How to handle typical job interview questions

The workshop will contain a sequence of interactive (group) exercises, role-plays, self-reflection and theory input. The goal is to expand the self-management skills of the participants.
