Please note: Tickets for our individual advisory service are issued 15 minutes before the beginning of office hours and until 15 minutes before the end of the office hours.
Office Hours at the turn of the year
Division 3 services will be available up to and including Thursday, 18 December 2025.
From 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, SSC / A12 including the InfoLine will be closed. Division 3 services will be available again as normal from 5 January 2026.
