Further Equipment and Methods

If necessary, the Cell Sorting Core Facility provides access to other instruments and methods that are accesible via scientific cooperation with the relevant working groups.

Anatomy (Prof. Dr. Anja Bräuer) und human genetics (Prof. Dr. John Neidhardt)

S3e, Biorad

The S3e is a jet-in-air 2-way sorter which is characterized by an automatic sorting process and simple application. The device is equipped with 2 lasers (488 and 561 nm) and four fluorescence channels.

Immunologie (Prof. Dr. Karin Loser)

MoFloXDP, Beckmann Coulter

The MoFlo XDP is a 4-way jet-in-air sorter with single cell sorting capability in 96-well plates. The instrument is equipped with 3 lasers (405, 488 and 635 nm) and 10 fluorescence channels. The fluorescence filters can be easily adjusted using a plug-in system.
