Writing groups
In the writing groups, you can meet once a week with like-minded people to discuss, for example, text extracts, the central theme, academic language or writing strategies. Above all, however, you will continue working on your text and discover that writing with others is not only enjoyable and can help spark new ideas, but is also effective and productive.
This programme is aimed at Bachelor’s and Master’s students and is facilitated by a peer writing tutor. To take part, you must currently be working on a written project.
Work Organisation Groups
Do you find it difficult to meet the demands of your degree programme? Do you catch yourself doing the housework when you should really be studying? Do you suffer from perfectionism or a lack of motivation?
In co-operation with the Psychological Counselling Service and Student Health Management, the ZSKB-Lernwerkstatt organises both German- and English-language study organisation groups for students experiencing difficulties with their studies. The groups meet weekly and are supported by trained peer tutors.
Due to high demand, there may be a waiting period. You can register for an initial consultation at any time by email.
Community forum: Let’s write together!
Are you working on a writing project and looking for a network that will support you through the tough times and celebrate your successes? The community forum ‘Writing Together!’ is your space on Stud.IP for networking, sharing ideas and asking questions.
