Profile

Frank Senyo Loglo is a PhD Candidate at the Center for Open Education Research at the University of Oldenburg. His research focuses on the media usage behavior of students within a resource constrained higher education context he describes as “digitally challenged”.

He earned his Master’s degrees in the fields of Adult Education and Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Ghana. He also obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in International Higher Education Academic Practice from Coventry University, UK.  He has gained extensive experience working within the Ghanaian higher education landscape as a distance learning facilitator, research team member and the head of a Satelite campus of Ghana Technology University College.

Frank is a Fellow of Adanced HE, UK (Previously Higher Education Academy), the Country (Ghana) champion of OER World Map and an alumnus (2016) of the DIES/DAAD UNILEAD Training programme.
