The next Mentoring Programme for female Ph.D. students and female young PostDocs will start in Spring 2015.
The training will start with a two-days Kick-off!-Workshop to clarify individual professional goals and "How to find a mentor?". After finding the individual mentor professional support will be provided to start a successful and efficient mentoring phase. A half-year meeting of all mentees will allow process evaluation, re-adjustment and networking. Additionally, trainings focussing specific knowledge and personal competences will be provided to strengthen individual career decisions. A final evaluation at a final meeting will open future perspectives for interactive networking career strategies.
