Study preparation INSTEP

Study preparation INSTEP offers advisory services and academic programmes as well as language courses and support and leisure activities to refugees who hold a university entrance qualification or have an academic educational background. Our goal here is to integrate you into our community and support you on your path to studying in Germany.

Refugees have the opportunity to take part in the Study preparation INSTEP as a guest student. Guest students have access to many offers of the University of Oldenburg, but are not registered students.

You already have studied to become a teacher in your home country? For working as a teacher in Lower Saxony, you have to take part in the Adaptation Course to study the needed content.

Those who have already studied in their home country or hold a qualification that entitles them to study at university level can apply for a place at the University of Oldenburg.
