Student associations (university groups)
From 1 January 2025, the regulations for the registration of student associations at the University of Oldenburg will come into force.
All pre-existing student associations known to Division 3 will be contacted in good time to allow them to register properly.
The following information is required for registering/re-registering a student association:
- Name of the acting chairperson (must be enrolled at the UOL)
- Contact person with contact details (must be enrolled at the UOL)
- Five other members enrolled at the UOL
- Valid enrolment certificates of all named members
- Total number of members of the student association
- The statutes of the student association in German
