Cooperations

Networks and co-operations are essential for promoting climate protection and sustainability at the university and in society. The University of Oldenburg is in dialogue with numerous stakeholders at a local, regional, state, national and international level.

HighNiNa

The graphic shows the logo of the HochNiNa network. It consists of a circle on the left, which is illustrated with red and white arcs on the inside. On the right is the name of the network, with a word from the title in each line.

The University of Oldenburg is a member of the Sustainability Network of Universities in Lower Saxony (HochNiNa). The University of Oldenburg has been represented in the coordination team since April 2023 and has been leading the end of project COUNTS.

City of Oldenburg

The picture shows the logo of the city of Oldenburg. On the left you can see the yellow and red striped coat of arms and on the right the two-line lettering "Stadt Oldenburg".

The new cooperation agreement between the city and the University of Oldenburg was adopted in November. The topic of "climate neutrality" is one of 5 key areas to be addressed as part of this co-operation.
