Please note: Due to the Russian offensive against Ukraine, the University of Oldenburg has decided to put its existing partnerships with Russian universities on hold until further notice. Consequently, no study programmes will be offered at Russian universities as of now.

When to apply?

Applications for the exchange programme for a stay abroad in Non-EU countries (exception: North America) in the following year are due in July/August.

Exchange studies in Russia and Central Asia

For studying at one of our partner universities in Russia, you should have Russian language proficiency. An exception is the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Moscow which offers courses taught in English.
