The sauna is open Monday to Friday between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. There is a women's sauna on Thursdays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the university pool is closed and cannot be used by our sauna guests.

Our sauna is open to people aged 18 and over and 16 and over when accompanied by an adult.

You can book your sauna visit in advance on our website or pay in advance at the office.
