2G regulation from November 24th

From November 24th, the 2G regulation will apply Oldenburg.
The following rules apply to the use of the fitness and health center (FGZ):
From 11/24/21 and until further notice, training in the FGZ is only possible upon presentation of one of the following two documents:

  • Proof of complete vaccination against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus via the digital vaccination certificate (e.g. CovPass), a corresponding printout or the vaccination certificate. The vaccination is considered complete 14 days after the last dose has been given.
  • Proof of recovery after previous infection with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus via the documentation of the positive PCR test result. The PCR test must be at least 28 days and a maximum of six months old.

Please have the relevant proof ready when entering the FGZ. The FGZ may not be entered without proof!

University Sports Fitness and Health Centre

The Fitness and Health Centre (Fitness- und Gesundheitszentrum) is intended to offer all students and employees of the university and the cooperating universities health-oriented fitness training in a pleasant atmosphere.

Not only the spacious, modern building contributes to this, but also qualified trainers and modern equipment. For more information, go to Services / Programme.

Working out at the Fitness- und Gesundheitszentrum is to be especially inexpensive and flexible regarding opening hours for students and employees. Go here for Prices and Opening Hours.

External users can also work out with us, but due to capacity only in limited numbers. Any groups interested can obtain information about the registration process at Registration.

Before the first workout session and depending on your personal prior knowledge, you will be provided with an in-depth introduction on working out with the equipment. The introduction to the equipment is compulsory. You will learn which introduction options are open to you and how you can register here.
